Responsible for:

  • Operations and support for retailed cruise and third party  products
  • Ensuring commercial and timely handling of internal and external queries – sole point of contact for retail network on all retail cruise queries and directly involved in converting bookings
  • Supporting Commercial Senior manager on improving commercial support to achieve sales targets
  • Creating regular retail communication to brief retail team on key selling points and best offers from suppliers
  • Managing  the content on internal channels to improve communication and access to information for the frontline sales team
  • Consulting with senior managers and creating structured plans across the year to communicate key messages to customers through all marketing channels including POS

Systems: AS400, Travelbox, Airwaves, TravelTek, Polar, Microsoft Office Suite.
