Our Assistant Managers are responsible for:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in supporting all colleagues in store and to help deliver agreed personal & team sales targets by converting enquiries and leads into firm sales
  • Supporting Store Manager in the development and engagement of all staff
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat
