  • Providing personal contact to customers locally & nationally with an aim to inspire and tailor-make holidays that are totally and utterly unique
  • Maximising all sales opportunities & providing the best and most comprehensive service possible ensuring all KPI’s are met
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat

Confident in cruise, obtaining ‘Cruise Specialist’ within in the Cambridge store -  developed through additional training, including Silversea

Self-motivated and determined to succeed resulting in continuous improvement year on year in both sales and service

Accessibility Ambassador and pivotal part of the newly formed accessibility team – a team that specialises in holidays for customers that require additional support or alternative requirements

Faye’s most memorable travel moment: “My perfect moment was standing on Mount Fuji It is so beautiful and symbolic to Japan and I felt so calm and at peace standing up there After making your way to Subaru 5th Station, you’ll be told all about the mountain and it's folklore stories en route If you are feeling brave, you can actually walk to the top where there is a little post box that you can post a letter to yourself to say you made the climb”
