  • Providing personal contact to customers locally & nationally with an aim to inspire and tailor-make holidays that are totally and utterly unique
  • Maximising all sales opportunities & providing the best and most comprehensive service possible ensuring all KPI’s are met
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat

Heather’s most memorable travel moment: Climbing to the very top of the dome of St Peter's Basilica in Vatican City in Rome It's a long way up the 551 steps and very steep and narrow at points, but once you’re up there the 360 degree views are incredible I think it is one the best places to see Rome and get an amazingly unique photo”
