• Assisting the Store Manager in supporting all in-store colleagues whilst helping deliver agreed personal & team sales targets by converting enquiries and leads into sales
• Supporting Store Manager in the development and engagement of all staff
• Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat

Karen’s most memorable travel moment: “I One of my amazing travel moments would have to be a day out snow-mobiling just outside Yoho National Park in British Columbia, which is along the western side of the Continental Divide of the Americas.  This was a wonderful adrenaline pumping adventure through the fresh powder snow of the Rockies.  We rode up into the alpine bowls for stunning mountain views stopping on the way for hot chocolate. The great weather, deep, untouched powder and incredible Rocky Mountain terrain created the perfect playground for a truly spectacular day out”.
