- Ensuring effective co-ordination of marketing campaigns to retail staff on a national and local level
- Working closely with the Retail Marketing Senior Executive to provide all necessary information on marketing activity in order to fully communicate and co-ordinate training, incentives etc within time scales
- Producing a toolkit of activity to support stores to drive footfall while providing guidelines to stores on do’s and don’ts in accordance with brand guidelines
- Consulting with senior managers and creating a structured plan across the year to communicate key messages to customers through all marketing channels including POS
- Supporting store managers and liaising with marketing and external suppliers arranging store events
- Communication of all national/local marketing campaigns and tactical activity and coordination with training, incentives and targets
- Acting as the central point for all local marketing requests from stores and provide briefs to the central Marketing team in order to respond effectively to local store needs
- Working closely with PR to promote store events and highlight local promotions
- Provide Retail Management with regular local competitor insight and recommendations based on market trends
