Our Assistant Managers are responsible for:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in supporting all in-store colleagues whilst helping deliver agreed personal & team sales targets by converting enquiries and leads into sales
  • Supporting Store Manager in the development and engagement of all staff
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat

Lyndsey’s most memorable travel moment: A few years ago I travelled to Thailand, upon check in I was informed I had been very lucky to be upgraded to business class on the Emirates A380 giving me ultimate comfort with and my very own in-seat mini bar When it was time to rest just a tap on the touchscreen controller transformed my seat into a fully flat position However, that was not until I had experienced the on-board lounge with a relaxed seating area to enjoy a cocktail and nibbles chatting to other passengers”
