• Acting as a senior leader in the retail Division -  working closely with the Leadership team to develop a growth strategy that was focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Managing retail marketing activities
• Monitoring distribution; research markets and creating strategies for expanding in the current market and for finding new ones to meet customer needs
• Navigating trends; recommending timely adjustments to retailed products, services and pricing addressing or predicting customer’ objectives
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing suppliers in order to deliver excellent commercial agreements

Exceeded marketing & contribution targets by managing a significant volume of cruise and retail third party accounts, negotiating enhanced commercial terms and supplier contribution
