Our Personal Travel Experts are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the customer booking journey is as seamless and memorable as possible
  • Providing personal contact to customers locally & nationally with an aim to inspire and tailor-make holidays that are totally and utterly unique
  • Maximising all sales opportunities & providing the best and most comprehensive service possible ensuring all KPI’s are met
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in an Omni-channel environment including face-to-face, telephone, trade & web chat

Sean’s most memorable travel moment: “I was lucky enough to go to Elephant Hills in Khao Sok national park which is an elephant conversation project in Thailand Being able to see elephants in their wild habitat was incredible I got to prepare their food and feed them and overall see all the elephants happy I went into the rainforest and stayed on a lake where wild gibbons were swinging from the trees It was all so surreal”
