  • All Aspects of Purchase Ledger
  • Placing surplus funds on deposits to maximise income
  • Buying currency to ensure payments were actioned efficiently
  • Fixed assets control/depreciation
  • Reconciling and allocating the entries on the company credit cards
  • Staff expenses & advances
  • Raising & controlling invoices for brochure contributions/marketing etc
  • Managing payment runs and sending funds to all suppliers via cheque and bank transfer
  • Updating and inputting weekly exchange rates

Systems: AS400, Atlas, Easirec, FX trading platforms, AX Finance, Lotus and Instream
