Responsible for:

  • Promoting Alfred& as a new brand to the industry
  • Working within an expert-led specialist team this role provides dedicated support by accurately setting up product information in the sales system, removing barriers to sales, solving pre and post booking operational issues and ensuring the brand is a commercial success 
  • Offering first-hand knowledge of Asia to customers, Kuoni staff and colleagues
  • Ensuring the customer booking journey is as seamless and memorable as possible
  • Providing personal contact to customers locally & nationally with an aim to inspire and tailor-make holidays that are totally and utterly unique
  • Maximising all sales opportunities & providing the best and most comprehensive service possible ensuring all KPI’s are achieved

Lived in Japan, providing him with off the beaten track knowledge (Studied and speaks Japanese)

Completed the FIT certificate (First Impression Training)

Enjoys researching a destination to ensure no experience is left unturned

Pivotal role for the launch and start-up of Alfred&Asia

Tristan worked in our head office in Dorking but has recently relocated back to  Birmingham (willing to relocate for the right opportunity).
